Robert Beltz

Robert Beltz has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Robert currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at ALLTITE since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Alltite, Inc. as the Vice President of Operations from February 2018 to January 2023. Before joining Alltite, Inc., Robert was the Director of Global Quality at Velocity Group, LLC from December 2013 to February 2018. Robert also worked as the Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor at Rotek Inc. from August 2010 to December 2013 and at Cincinnati Tyrolit from August 2005 to August 2010.

Robert has a strong background in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a CWO3 and retired in August 2005 after over two decades of service. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Consultant for the Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Company in August 2004, where they focused on improving the preventative maintenance program and organizational structure in the Manufacturing Engineering Process Area.

Robert Beltz has a Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. In 1999, they attended Naval Aviation School Command, where they focused on Aviation Maintenance Management and Logistics. Additionally, in April 2005, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Coastal Carolina Community College.
