Julia Riessen

Julia Riessen serves as the Head of People at AllTrails since March 2025. Prior to this role, Julia spent nearly a decade at Lyft, where positions included Senior Director of People Systems & Operations and Director of People Operations, leading the global HR Business Partner organization. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Opower, supporting multiple technical and product teams, and holding various HR roles at HP, where responsibilities ranged from global staffing leadership to HR operations and workforce planning. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Psychology from Scripps College.
