Samuel Helain

Samuel Helain is a seasoned Product Designer with extensive experience in UX/UI development, currently working at Alltricks.com and Troc-Vélo since June 2022. With a strong foundation in Agile collaboration, Samuel has focused on enhancing user experiences through refinements to payment funnels and the establishment of design systems. Previous roles include freelance work at bumps., where contributions were made to a SaaS dashboard and landing page using design thinking principles, as well as technical support at Apple. Samuel's career also encompasses customer support at TELUS International and various internships across marketing, e-commerce, and human resources. Samuel holds a Bachelor’s degree in digital project management from WIS Bordeaux and has a BTS in management from IAE La Rochelle.
