Paul Christopher

Paul Christopher has over 10 years of experience in IT, specializing in Parallels RAS - VDI. Paul has experience leading support teams, providing technical support, and managing and implementing VDI infrastructure. Paul is knowledgeable in various virtualization solutions such as Parallels Desktop, AVD, Citrix Cloud, Citrix DaaS, Azure, Hyper-V, VMware, and other server-related technologies.

Their most recent position was as an L3 Support Engineer at Alludo, starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Network Engineer at Movate from February 2019 to October 2021.

Before that, they worked at CSS Corp, starting in April 2018 as an Escalation Lead for Parallels. Paul also held positions as an Application Engineer and Senior Engineer - Technical Support at CSS Corp, where they gained experience in Parallels (Cross Platform - Desktop Virtualization, Remote Application Server), VMware Fusion, Hyper-V, VirtualBox, Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS. Paul also provided training to social media engineers and remote application support engineers.

Their earliest work experience was as a Technical Support Engineer at Sutherland Global Services from June 2011 to March 2013, where they provided technical support for the Acer and McAfee processes. Paul received recognition and awards for their outstanding performance and expertise in antivirus support and Windows 8.

Paul Christopher obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University. Paul attended Anna University from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their high school education in Mathematics and Biology at Sri Lakshmi Higher Secondary School from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, Paul has obtained several certifications, including "AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals" from Udemy in June 2022, "Parallels RAS Technical Professional (RAS-TP)" from Parallels in October 2021, "Parallels RAS Technical Professional Advanced (RAS-TPA)" from Parallels in October 2021, "Parallels RAS Technical Professional (RAS-TP)" from Parallels in May 2019, and "Parallels RAS Technical Professional Advanced (RAS-TPA)" from Parallels in July 2020.
