Hiral S. has worked in the technology consulting industry since 2010. Hiral began their career at ABC Consultants as a Consultant, then moved to Randstand as a Sr. Consultant in 2012. In 2016, they joined InterSources Inc. as a Business Analyst intern, and in 2017 they began working at Public Consulting Group as a Business Analyst. Hiral also works at Alluma as a Product Manager, where they have led the development of configurable public benefits eligibility and enrollment SaaS product (OxC) from ideation to implementation, and successfully implemented OxC for 35 CA counties, State of TN, CA wide public benefits screener and help resources search.

Hiral S. has a Master of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Essex, as well as a MS Engineering Management in Business Analysis & Project Management from ITU.
