Allumette d’Ailleurs believes that every person carries within them a spark—a quiet but potent flame waiting to be ignited. Through the power of art therapy, I create a space where that inner flame can come alive: to explore, to heal, to transform.

Rooted in the belief that creativity is a language of the soul, Allumette d’Ailleurs offers individual and group sessions that blend visual arts, imagination, and therapeutic dialogue. Whether through drawing, painting, collage, or spontaneous expression, you are invited to reconnect with yourself in a non-judgmental, supportive environment.

🕯️This is not about being an artist. It is about using the creative process to access what words alone often cannot—emotions, memories, blockages, and longings that lie beneath the surface. With guidance and care, art becomes a medium for insight, clarity, and change.

My mission is to support individuals navigating transitions, emotional challenges, burnout, identity questions, or simply a desire to grow. Each session is tailored to honor your pace, story, and unique path.
