Previously, Simon held key roles at Deutsche Börse as Head of Digital Assets and Commerz Business Consulting GmbH as a Senior Consultant, where they led notable blockchain projects. Simon's educational background includes a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science from Universität Mannheim, complemented by international studies at Lancaster University. They also serve as Supervisory Board Chairman at Hauck & Aufhäuser Innovative Capital GmbH and Kapilendo Custodian AG.
