Megan Patel

Megan Patel is the Director of HR at Alluvionic, Inc., where they manage human resources and oversee various HR functions. Previously, they served as a recruiter at Alluvionic and held multiple roles within the organization, culminating in the Director position. Their background includes extensive experience as a Realtor, contributing to real estate transactions, and serving as an Airspace Specialist for Federal Airways & Airspace, where they ensured compliance with Federal Regulations. Megan was also engaged with the UW Emerging Leaders as Chairperson and served on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Brevard. They hold a BA in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and an AA from Eastern Florida State College.
