Mark Ramos has a strong background in software development and IT. Mark started their career as a Programmer at Merit Computer Systems in 2007. In 2008, they joined Manuela Corporation as an IT Staff, later transitioning to the role of System Administrator and then SAP ABAP Developer. From 2017 onwards, they have been working at AllValue Holdings Corp. as the Lead Developer/Programmer.

Mark Ramos completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at AMA University from 2002 to 2006. Mark has also obtained various certifications from institutions such as Udemy, ReleaseOwl, and SAP, including certifications in MS Project, project management, information security, network security, cloud DevOps, and SAP ABAP on HANA.
