Retha Nesmith is a seasoned professional in customer experience and brand management, currently serving as Co-Owner at Allways since January 2025. Prior to this role, Retha held the position of Vice President of Customer Experience at Plant Therapy from 2012 to March 2025, focusing on enhancing brand presence and expanding the customer base through strategic use of social media, email marketing, content creation, and influencer relations. Retha holds an Associate's degree in Communication from the College of Southern Idaho, earned between 2005 and 2007, and completed additional education at the Aromahead Institute from 2013 to 2014.
