We are the allwerker cooperative - an authentic New Work organization creating digital products and exploring the digital future. We aim to help organizations leverage product discovery, delivery, and cloud-native technology to generate business value with products customers love. Founded in Munich, Germany, in 2023 by several independent software engineering experts eager to establish a company with a familiar brand where they could work together, learn from each other, share their experiences, and better support their customers. We work together as equals while sharing responsibility for managing and growing our company. Everyone working here is a ‘werker’ - a member of the cooperative owning an equal share. The company itself is thus owned entirely by people who work here. Our customers are successful, product-driven organizations. We usually work together in agile cross-functional teams that thrive on their members' autonomy, expertise, and experience. With joint effort, we create products that delight their users and customers.
