Jonathan Handyside

Jonathan Handyside is the Group General Counsel at Allwyn, where they advise issuers and investment banks on U.S. securities law and corporate law to facilitate access to capital markets while minimizing liability risks. They have extensive experience in cross-border equity capital markets, debt capital markets, and high yield bond transactions from their time as Counsel in Shearman & Sterling's European Capital Markets practice. Jonathan previously served as Senior In-House Counsel for KKCG Group and as a Legal Secondee at Barclays Investment Bank. They hold a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Toronto.
