Pascal Genoud

Pascal Genoud is currently the Group Senior Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at Allwyn, where responsibilities include governance, finance, capital markets, and corporate M&A. Pascal's extensive legal experience includes roles as a Foreign Associate Attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, a Junior Associate at Niederer Kraft & Frey AG, and an Attorney at Law at Lenz & Staehelin. Additionally, Pascal served as Senior Consultant at EY and held director-level positions at Credit Suisse. Pascal holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Miami, an Attorney-at-law admission from the High Court of Zurich, and a Licentiate degree in Law from Universität Zürich.
