Fred Schempp

Fred Schempp has extensive experience in project management within the military and construction sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director at ALLY CONSTRUCTION SERVICES since September 2018, Fred focuses on emerging technologies and electrical infrastructure. Prior to this role, Fred held the position of Senior Project Manager for IBEW/NECA Electrical Contracting and Engineering Firms from September 1992 to August 2018, specializing as an Electrical Construction Project Manager for the US Navy.
