Allan Merrill

Allan Merrill has extensive experience in leadership roles within the housing and finance sectors. Currently serving as CEO and CFO of Beazer Homes since April 2007, Allan also holds a position on the Board of Directors at Ally and Builder Homesite Inc., and participates in the Policy Advisory Board at the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies. Previous board experience includes Freddie Mac from September 2020 to 2025. Prior to Beazer Homes, Allan was Executive Vice President at Move, Inc., Homestore, and Move.com from 2000 to 2007, and spent over a decade as Managing Director at Dillon Read. Allan Merrill earned a degree from The Wharton School between 1983 and 1987.
