Charu Jain is a Global Leader in software Program and Project Management with a strong track record in finance, eCommerce, and printing for Fortune 500 companies. They have served as a Technical Project Manager at American Express, a Project Manager at HP, and a QA Technical Lead at EFI. Most recently, Charu holds the position of Engineering Manager and Director of Data Systems Engineering at Ally. They are passionate about quality assurance and serve as a Subject Matter Expert in automation. Charu is currently pursuing an MBA and a Master's in Management Information Systems while considering leadership opportunities in QA and technical program management after relocating to Phoenix, AZ.
