Daniel McLeod is a Genesys Cloud Expert with extensive experience in implementations, development, and support. They served as a Technology Architect at Cognizant from 2021 to 2023, where they led projects involving the migration of thousands of agents to Genesys Cloud and collaborated with other architects on deployment opportunities. Prior to that, Daniel owned Qsect LLC, providing Genesys Cloud support and custom application development while also managing operations.
