Dayle Pike

Dayle Pike has extensive experience in customer relations and investigative roles within the financial sector, currently serving as a Fraud Investigator at Ally since September 2025. Prior to this, Dayle worked as a Resolution Specialist at Altruist and held multiple positions at Ally, including Executive Customer Relations Analyst and Registered Representative, where responsibilities included identifying new business opportunities and resolving client issues. Dayle's background also includes sales and service roles at Cintas and PepsiCo, as well as community corrections experience at Isabella County Courthouse. Dayle holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Central Michigan University.
