Derek Faulds

Derek Faulds is a results-driven executive with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. They held key roles such as Customer Program Manager for NASA and the Navy and Marine Corps during their time at Hewlett-Packard from 2013 to 2015. Derek also served as a Business Relations Supervisor and Workforce Management Supervisor at Electronic Data Systems from 2001 to 2006, and later as Technical Support Manager at Arrow Strategies from 2015 to 2017. Most recently, Derek was the Director of Cloud Engineering and Automation at Ally from 2018 to 2022, where they demonstrated a strong ability to maintain service levels and foster client relationships while driving continuous improvement.
