Devante Frisco is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and operations across multiple companies. At United Wholesale Mortgage, a Field Support Technician I role involved deploying and configuring end-user equipment while managing user permissions through Active Directory. At Amazon, contributions spanned from enhancing onboarding processes as a Process Assistant to assisting in the launch of new fulfillment centers as an IT Support Associate II.
