Eric Ferri is an experienced executive risk and resilience leader with nearly two decades in financial services, specializing in operational and enterprise risk. Currently serving as the Chief Operational Risk and Resilience Officer at Ally Financial, Eric oversees a team responsible for enterprise-level risk functions. They began their career at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, where they led examinations of bank risks during the global financial crisis. Eric has held leadership roles at Promontory Financial Group and KPMG, advising major financial institutions on regulatory compliance and risk frameworks, and is also a board member at Sheltered Harbor.
