Heidi Muglia, MBA, CPCU, AIDA, is a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Insurance Regulatory Controls at Ally. Throughout their career, they have focused on driving growth, ensuring compliance, and fostering inclusive workplace environments where teams can thrive. Heidi's expertise includes underwriting, risk assessment, and the development of strategic policies, complemented by a strong commitment to building positive organizational cultures. They previously held various underwriting roles at Burns & Wilcox and Atain Insurance Companies. Currently, Heidi continues their education at Michigan State University.
