Ilya Kiseliov

Ilya Kiseliov is the Enterprise Observability and Reliability Lead at Ally, bringing over seven years of experience in Digital Operations and Enterprise Observability. In this role, Ilya develops and monitors the Observability strategy, leveraging tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and cloud solutions, recently achieving a successful migration to Splunk Cloud Platform ahead of schedule. Previously, Ilya held various positions at Ally, including Digital Operations Manager and Sustain Operations Lead, focusing on compliance, security, and customer satisfaction. Ilya's early career includes roles at companies such as Rosetta and Sherwin-Williams, and military service as a Sgt in the Ohio National Guard. Ilya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Cleveland State University and an Associate's degree from Lakeland Community College.
