Jacob A. M.

Jacob A. M. is currently the Director of Claims - Litigation at Ally, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as the VP of Claims at Qualitas Insurance Company from 2022 to 2025, and held several roles in the insurance industry including Claims Manager at HAUSER and York Risk, as well as Liability Major Case Unit Manager at Amerisure Insurance. Jacob's earlier experience includes serving as a Litigation Specialist at Argo Group and as a Claims Adjuster at Wellington Insurance Group. They are currently pursuing advanced degrees, including a Master of Laws (LLM) and a Doctor of Law (J.D.), while also studying for a Bachelor of Arts at The University of Texas at Arlington.
