Jan Bergeson is the Executive Director and CRA Officer at Ally Bank, where they manage all aspects of the bank's CRA Program, including a $4.7 billion community development portfolio. They also serve as Vice-President of the Ally Charitable Foundation. Previously, Jan held the position of Executive Director and CRA Officer at UBS Bank USA from 2003 to 2014, and was a Corporate Secretary from 2011 to 2014. Jan began their career as an Associate/Partner at Callister Nebeker & McCullough from 1986 to 2003. They are currently pursuing a Juris Doctor at BYU Law School while holding a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Brigham Young University, where they graduated magna cum laude.
