Jay Moskowitz has extensive experience in risk management and financial operations, having held various leadership roles in prominent institutions from the mid-1980s to the present. At Citicorp Securities Inc., Jay worked as a Portfolio Risk Manager, overseeing risk analysis for CitiMae Inc. Prior roles include Transition Manager for the Real Estate and Commercial Loan Group, Chief of Staff in Consumer Credit Operations, Project Manager for the Business & Commercial Loan group, and Vice President of Credit Policy/Risk at Citibank. Currently, as a Manager in Treasury Operations at Ally Financial Inc., Jay leads initiatives to enhance anti-money laundering and OFAC monitoring capabilities. Jay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Queens College and a Master's degree in Finance from St. John's University.
