Jill Kennedy has extensive experience in logistics, sales, and learning and development. Starting at Bear Transportation Services as an Expeditor from 2004 to 2007, Jill successfully managed communications between clients and providers. A brief role as an Associate at Athletic World Advertising involved telesales and relationship building in media and fundraising. From 2011 to 2016, Jill held multiple positions at Ally, culminating as Manager of Instructional Design and Learning, where responsibilities included leading a team of instructional designers and developing effective learning strategies across various departments. Jill has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications from the University of Arkansas and is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Learning Systems Technology at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
