John Han

John Han is an experienced attorney serving as Associate General Counsel at Ally since 2020, where they manage a legal team providing comprehensive advice for the consumer investment services division. Previously, they held roles such as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel at LPL Financial and Senior Regional Counsel at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), where they provided regulatory counseling and conducted hearings, respectively. John also worked at Moore & Van Allen PLLC as Counsel, advising private fund sponsors on regulatory compliance. They began their legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the New York County District Attorney's Office. John earned a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University.
