John Young

John Young is a risk management executive with over 25 years of experience in banking and financial services. They have built and adapted risk management programs in dynamic macroeconomic and regulatory environments, demonstrating deep expertise in interactions with regulators such as the Federal Reserve Board, FDIC, and UDFI. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Market, Liquidity and Capital Risk Management at Ally, John leads a team of 25 and is actively involved in enterprise risk management and capital planning processes. Previously, John held senior positions at companies including M&T Bank, PwC, and Bank of America, significantly contributing to risk management strategies and compliance initiatives throughout their career. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Binghamton University and an Executive MBA from Queens University of Charlotte.
