Mayree Clark

Mayree Clark is a deeply experienced Independent Director currently serving on the Board of the Wikimedia Endowment and as an Independent Director for Allvue Systems. They have held significant roles in various organizations, including serving as a Trustee and Executive Committee Member at Commonfund from 1992 to 2004 and an Executive at Morgan Stanley for 24 years, where they advanced to Global Research Director and managed global private wealth management activities. Mayree also founded Eachwin Capital, managing investments on behalf of their family until 2017, and is actively involved with Deutsche Bank AG’s Supervisory Board, where they chair the Risk Committee. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Southern California and a Master’s in Finance and Business Administration from Stanford University.
