Michael Carr

Michael Carr is the Senior Director of Fraud Risk Programs at Ally Financial, where they are responsible for managing external fraud risk and investigations across various business lines. They have held various roles at Ally Financial since 2009, including Director of Fraud Investigations, focusing on fraud prevention, detection, and response across multiple channels. Additionally, Michael is a part-time instructor at Schoolcraft College and has extensive experience as a former Lieutenant at the Garden City Police Department. Michael holds a BS in Criminal Justice from Madonna University and a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University. They are also a licensed attorney and an ACFE Certified Fraud Examiner.
