Pat Bochey

Pat Bochey is currently the National Training Manager for Sales Enablement at Ally, a position they have held since 2023. They previously served as a Senior Training Specialist in Learning and Development at Ally from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, Pat was a Field Rep Training Specialist at Dealertrack/Cox Automotive from 2014 to 2019 and owned a business from 2001 to 2009. Pat's extensive background in training and compliance also includes roles as a Licensing and Compliance Analyst at ARI and as a Design/Drafter at various companies from 1989 to 2001. They earned a B.S. in Business Administration from DeVry University and a Master’s degree from the University of Arizona Global Campus.
