Peter Greene

Peter Greene is a dynamic executive with over 25 years of experience in strategy, corporate development, M&A, private equity, and venture capital, primarily in the financial services industry. Currently, Peter serves as the Head of Ally Ventures and the Head of Strategy, M&A and Corporate Development at Ally, overseeing initiatives that drive inorganic growth and innovation. Previously, Peter was a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns, where significant strategic acquisitions and divestitures were executed. With a strong legal, accounting, and financial acumen, Peter has led over $15 billion in divestitures and multiple successful acquisitions, while also fostering innovation through the founding of Ally Ventures. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
