Qiyi Lu

Qiyi Lu is the Director of Model Validation at Ally, where they oversee model validation processes. Previously, Qiyi worked at Wells Fargo as a Quantitative Analytics Manager, managing a team dedicated to validating models for stress testing and regulatory compliance, and enhancing validation efficiency through innovative tools. They began their career as an intern at Travelers, focusing on actuarial modeling, and also served as a Teaching Assistant at Binghamton University. Qiyi earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Fudan University and a Ph.D. in Mathematics and Statistics from Binghamton University.
