Reggie Willis

Reggie Willis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, risk management, and marketing across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as Chief Diversity Officer at Ally since May 2016, Reggie oversees all diversity and inclusion initiatives, aligning them with corporate strategy. Previously, positions at Ally included roles as Sr. Director of Diversity and Inclusion and Director of Third Party Supplier Management. Reggie also held leadership positions at WTW, Bank of America, and other organizations, where significant contributions include developing risk management solutions, marketing strategies, and governance frameworks. Reggie holds an MBA in Leadership from Queens University of Charlotte and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross.
