Ryan Jacobs

Ryan Jacobs is currently the Director of Employee Digital Experience at Ally, where they leverage data to enhance end-user experiences. Previously, Ryan held various roles at Charter Communications, culminating in senior management positions focused on digital service and customer experience from 2019 to 2023. Ryan began their career in customer support and knowledge management at Time Warner Cable and has also worked as a Business Analyst at Bright House Networks. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University in 2023.
