Steve Stearman

Steve Stearman has extensive experience in the automotive industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Fixed Operations Specialist at Ally, Steve previously held positions including Fixed Operations Consultant and Account Manager at Ally Financial Inc. from November 2015 to September 2020. Prior to that, Steve was the Director of Operations at Midnight Holdings Group Inc. from March 2007 to August 2010, overseeing automotive repair operations across multiple states and managing a significant budget. Earlier experience includes founding and leading All Night Auto in Oklahoma, expanding the franchise to three locations. Steve holds an Associate of Science degree in Quality Control/Non Destructive Testing from Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Technical Management from Oklahoma City University, both with a 4.0 GPA.
