Currently serving as Director, Head of Delivery & Portfolio Management at Ally, Eric oversees operational excellence and manages a $25MM+ labor cost plan across multiple product lines. Previously, Eric held roles at Queens University of Charlotte, AAA Carolinas, and InterNET Services Corporation, where they contributed to digital transformation and marketing initiatives. Eric is studying Business Administration and Management at the University of Northern Colorado.
