Chris Plapp holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science & Fine Arts from Knox College. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications, including Product-led Certification and Product Analytics Certification from Pendo.io, Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn, PMC Level IV and Pragmatic Certified Product Manager from Pragmatic Institute.
