Daniel Herman, CPA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at ALM since April 2019, Daniel previously held positions as Senior Vice President and Global Corporate Controller as well as Vice President and Global Corporate Controller. Prior experience includes Interim Chief Financial Officer at BeckWay Group and Chief Financial Officer at The Princeton Review, where Daniel also served as Vice President of Finance & Controller. Daniel's career began at KPMG LLP as an Audit Senior Associate, and includes roles at Kaplan Test Prep and Everyday Health, focusing on financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Washington University in St. Louis.
