Margo Deangelo

Margo DeAngelo, MSHRM, currently serves as a Senior Benefits Specialist at ALM since May 2025, offering extensive experience in employee benefits administration. Previously, Margo was a Benefits Coordinator at the University Settlement Society of New York from September 2021 to May 2025, where responsibilities included managing complex employee benefit programs, responding to employee inquiries, launching a Salesforce ticketing system that improved workflow efficiency, and overseeing benefit enrollments and reconciliations. Additionally, Margo has a background in journalism, having worked as a Diamond Editor for the Rapaport Diamond Report and as an Assistant Editor for Gourmet Magazine, where skills in research, writing, and managing deadlines were honed. Margo holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and Communications from Pace University.
