Mark Moore

Mark Moore is an experienced professional in client engagement and account management, currently serving as the Director of Client Engagement at ALM since August 2019. Prior roles include Key Account Manager and Analyst in Legal Intelligence at the same company. Previously, Mark worked at Ricoh USA, Inc. for over a decade, holding titles such as Consultant Relationship Manager and National Program Manager for Ricoh Legal, where responsibilities included managing relationships with legal consultants and overseeing programs for the legal vertical. Early career experience includes positions as an E-Discovery Consultant at Scarab Consulting and an Account Executive at Equitrac. Mark holds a Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wichita State University.
