Diego C. currently serves as the Head of Alma for Business since August 2025, after most recently holding the position of Senior Manager of Product and Engineering at BAL from June 2022 to August 2025. Diego has extensive experience in product management and engineering, having led cross-functional teams at organizations such as MediaMath, Corvus Insurance, Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, Finastra, Vibe HCM, and Cvent. Notable achievements include optimizing AI products, reducing cybersecurity response times significantly, and developing API integrations and mobile applications that drove cost savings and revenue generation. Diego holds a Master’s Degree in American History from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Literature from The University of Texas at Dallas.
