Kelli J. currently serves as the Head of Community & Insights at Alma, focusing on creating spaces for talent mobility leaders to connect and generating content to inspire conversation. Previously, Kelli held multiple managerial roles at Stripe from 2018 to 2025, developing and implementing talent mobility strategies and leading immigration functions. Kelli's career began at Fragomen, where significant improvements in case production and team management were achieved. With a Master's degree in Organization Development & Knowledge Management from George Mason University and additional studies at the University of Oxford, Kelli has consistently applied expertise in immigration processes and team leadership throughout a diverse career in talent mobility.
