We have worked for global and independent hotel owners, hotel operating companies, and both institutional and private Real Estate investors. The majority of our Alma Management team have worked over decades in Italy and internationally, for leading brands and iconic hotels. Many were core members of the Rocco Forte pre-opening team, who remained for years to grow the business into stabilisation and established positioning of the hotels.

Alma management will be leading operations including food and beverage, wellbeing and sustainability practices, sales, marketing, revenue management, reservations and financial control.We believe authenticity, wellbeing and sustainability are increasingly important value drivers in operations and investments and we walk and talk about these principles to create further value.
