שחר מזור has work experience in the field of quality assurance and engineering. From 2013, they worked at SanDisk as a QA/QC Engineer, where they were responsible for working directly and indirectly with clients to ensure product quality and reliability. Their tasks included generating quality and reliability reports, conducting gap analysis, RMA and TAT reporting, qualification reports, and calculating FIT/MTBF for company products. Prior to this, from 2011, they worked at Alma Lasers as a Quality Engineer, where they focused on developing manuals, plans, procedures, and inspection/test instructions. They also tested and monitored incoming materials for compliance and analyzed manufacturing problems to improve quality control and supplier quality.

From 2006 to 2011, שחר מזור attended Ruppin Academic Center and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
