Akhil Nambiar

Director of Demand Generation at Almabase

Akhil Nambiar began their career in 2015 as an Executive Member of the Chemical Engineering Association-NITW. In 2016, they worked as a Temporary Secretary for KUFPEC and as an Assistant Manager, PR & Communication Team for Innovation Garage. In 2018, they joined Board Infinity as a Business Development Associate and Almabase as a Sales Development Representative. In this role, they helped advancement teams engage constituents, drive donations, and increase overall participation. Akhil was then promoted to Alumni Success Specialist | Enablement and Operations, where they were tasked with the responsibility to connect and have conversations with Advancement teams to understand how they approached the changes brought in by the pandemic. Finally, they were promoted to Director of Account Based Marketing. Throughout their time at Almabase, the team grew 4x in strength while making sure the entire team was able to hit their "number of conversations" targets quarter after quarter.

Akhil Nambiar completed their Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended the Indian Community School, Kuwait from 2012 to 2014, where they completed their High School with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology.
