Ginu George began their professional career in 2011 as an Intern at Autoliv. In 2013, they joined The Lakshya Foundation as a Brand Developer, and also took on roles as a Service Engineer and Graduate Engineer Trainee at Tata Motors. In 2015, they joined Almabase, where they held the positions of Head of Product, Product Manager, Marketing Manager, and Product Designer.
Ginu George completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal between 2009 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended the Indian Community School, Kuwait from 2007 to 2009.
