Paul Carson

Paul Carson is currently the Associate Director of Engineering at Almac Group, where they draw upon their extensive experience in engineering and operational leadership across various industries, including pharmaceuticals and aerospace. Previously, they held significant roles such as Head of Engineering and Head of Maintenance at Norbrook Laboratories, Engineering Services Manager at Coca Cola HBC, and Plant Engineer at Caterpillar. Paul has a proven track record in managing diverse teams, optimizing processes, and implementing continuous improvement practices. They hold an MSc in Business Improvement with Distinction from the University of Ulster, as well as HNC and ONC degrees in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
