Terry Ernest

Terry Ernest is the Director of Manufacturing Science and Technology at Almac Group, where they have been leading initiatives since 2024. They also serve as a Visiting Researcher at the University of Strathclyde. With 30 years of experience in drug product development, Terry previously worked at GSK from 2012 to 2024, where they held various leadership roles, including Product Development Team Leader, overseeing the formulation of compounds from selection to commercialization. Terry earned a PhD in Paediatric Drug Delivery from Liverpool John Moores University, alongside an MSc in Industrial Pharmaceutics from The University of Manchester and a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Westminster.
